Federal MP for Berowra Julian Leeser has heard directly from Hawkesbury residents about the issues that matter to them most at his Wisemans Ferry community catch-up.

Mr Leeser shared a drink and discussion with locals at the Wisemans Ferry Bowling Club on Saturday for over an hour.

“It was great to speak with so many people. I enjoyed catching up not only with Wisemans Ferry residents, but also those who had travelled from Maroota to be there,” Mr Leeser said.

“The Men’s Shed team updated me about their hunt for a community bus, for which I’ve contributed $10,000 in federal funding.”

“As the Member for Berowra I am here to help – so I’ve committed to assisting people with some of the issues they brought directly to me at the catch-up.”
