We will spend $38 billion on the largest increase to the defence workforce since WWII to ensure we are ready to face emerging threats. We are investing almost $10 billion on offensive and defensive cyber capabilities. We will join the US and the UK in developing hypersonic missiles that will be a major boost to our national security.
