Facebook App Data Deletion Instructions

If you want data associated with the Facebook app used on Julian Leeser’s website to be deleted, please follow the instructions below.

What data may be deleted

Depending on the connection and app usage, deletion may include:

  • stored Facebook Page connection details

  • Facebook Page ID and Page name saved for the integration

  • access tokens stored for the connection

  • cached Facebook feed content and related metadata

  • technical app data related to the connection, where applicable

How to request deletion

To request deletion of app-related data, please email:

julian.leeser.mp@aph.gov.au

Use the subject line:

Facebook App Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

  • your full name

  • your Facebook Page name

  • your Facebook Page ID, if available

  • the website URL involved

  • a brief description of your request

This helps us identify the correct connection and process the deletion request accurately.

What happens next

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will review and process it within a reasonable timeframe.

We may contact you to verify your authority to request deletion, especially where the request relates to Facebook Page connection data managed by an administrator.

Once the request is completed, app-related data stored for the Facebook connection will be removed, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup reasons.

Alternative option

If you are the administrator of the connected Facebook Page integration on Julian Leeser’s website, app-related data may also be removed by disconnecting the Facebook Page connection directly from the website’s app settings, where available.
